Dr. Griffin Cole is a pioneering biological dentist with a profound commitment to integrating holistic and naturopathic principles into modern dental practices. With nearly three decades of experience, he focuses on providing patient-centered care while advancing the field of biological dentistry.
Dr. Cole received his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1993 and has practiced biological dentistry for 28 years in Austin, TX. He became ozone certified in 2006 and earned Board Certification in Naturopathic Medicine and a degree in Integrative Biological Dental Medicine in 2010 from the School of Integrative Biological Dental Medicine (ACIMD). Dr. Cole is known for his contributions to drafting the IAOMT’s Fluoridation Brochure and the official Scientific Review on Ozone use in root canal therapy. He has also been published in numerous national peer-reviewed journals and was the first dentist to publish a case study on using ozone therapy for Bisphosphonate-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw.
Dr. Cole holds a Mastership in the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), where he has served as President and continues to play an active role on the Board of Directors. He is involved in multiple committees, including the Mentor Committee, Fluoride Committee, and the Conference Committee, where he serves as Chairman. His work and expertise have been featured on major platforms like World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer, and he co-founded and presides over the Center for Advanced Dental Disciplines. Dr. Cole also lectures widely on practice management and biological dentistry.
Dr. Cole is board-certified in Naturopathic Medicine and Integrative Biological Dental Medicine, holds a Mastership with the IAOMT, and has served as its President. He continues to lead in the field by lecturing health professionals and co-founding the Center for Advanced Dental Disciplines.
