Dr. Kempter graduated from Providence Senior High School, North Carolina State University, and the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. His career includes significant contributions to mission dentistry, providing dental care in underserved communities in Ecuador and Belize. He has also been involved with Mission of Mercy in North Carolina, helping those who cannot afford dental care.
